  • LaciNémeth László, Laci, etc: Laci was born in the pretty city of Subotica, in The Ex-Yugoslavia. North part of Vojvodina, Serbia. His father is Hungarian, mother half Croatian, so he really is messed up...mixed up. :) In the December of 1991( after several months of his sisters prayer and fasting) he gave his life to JESUS CHRIST. He claims he is not a Christian, he is a follower of CHRIST. Huge difference…1992 he moves to Szeged, where he finishes high school becomes a forest ranger… then he goes to University just to avoid joining the Yugoslavian, Serbo-Montenegrian, only GOD knows what kind of army… :) , but he never finishes that university. He starts his full time ministry in Calvary Chapel Szeged, where he serves for 4.5 years. Later for few months he serves in Calvary Chapel Esztergom and helps the church plant in Tatabánya. Then in march of 2005 he moves with his family to Vukovar, Croatia to serve GOD. He took over and pastors the Agape Evangelical Church in Vukovar pastored it for 4.5 years… was a regular(irregular) student at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, which he hopes to finish even though he is now living in Budapest, Hungary, where he is leading a church plant in Southern Budapest (www.delpest.golgota.hu)

  • 7431_134667040767_818580767_2437928_3057610_nAndrea Németh (Keri): Born(1977), and born again(1992) in Esztergom, north Hungary. Finished high school in Esztergom, later moves down to Szeged where she finishes the Juhász Gyula Teachers Training College. Now she is a full time wife, mother, missionary(helps with childrens and womans ministry, craft… etc), + she is finishing an extra 3 years at the University of Pécs, as an English teacher, and she got a part time job as english teacher in Croatia.

P.s. You’re probably wondering about her nick name Keri… :) Well her family name used to be Kerekes, and in her home church they used to call her: “Keri Andi”, and later it just became “Keri”…

  • P9110116Lea Németh: She is the first addition to our family… She was given to us by GOD in November of 2004. Her major at the “Seminary of Life” is : having fun.

She is writing her phD on “how to disobey parents unnoticed”

She speaks fluent Hungarian, a decent of Croatian, and hecks English… and is the big and smart sister of Lotti and Petra…

  • dscf54111 Lotti: is the second miracle, the second entrusted little thing that has joined us on our Journey with the LORD. She eats a lot, plays a lot and is just plain cute…

P9030019

  • Petra Sophia: she has joined us in September 2009. We were given a prophecy that she will bring peace and joy into the life of our family. well so far she eat well, sleeps a lot… she is giving us peace and joy…
  • Lu-Lu: Is our first dog. Lea got him from Grandma and grandpa Németh for her second birthday in November of 2006… still under training… but the mouse right next to him is the fruit of the first hunting…so there is hope… The dog is still a kid, so its a perfect playmate for Lea…
  • His name was Leo,as grandma named him, Lea for a while called him Vu-Vu after the barking… but somehow presently a mixture of the two is his name… Leo + Vu-Vu=Lu-Lu
  • BUREK:  you might wonder why would some kind of food be a part of a family… well BUREK is. Burek is not an average food.

We belive it was the Manna GOD was feeding Israel with in the wilderness… Burek is a heavenly food. :)
You can find it pretty much in any good bakery in the ex-yugoslav republics, Greece, Turkey, Albania, etc…

Hi, I live in England and have a very good friend here who is from Croatia. Her husband is Serb. and Orthodox and she is Croat. and Catholic and because they married they had to move to England. I have been sharing Jesus with them and they are so opened but i think they just think I am a bit of a religious fanatic from America and the “religion” I have is an American thing. :-) Do you have any literature in their language I can give them that would address issues near and dear to their hearts? They go to Croatia a lot and I would love for them to meet you. I really enjoy your posts on Simplemindedpreacher. My husband and I are missionaries here in England with CC Oxford. Hope to hear from you. Blessings to you and yours.
