Seems like I have spent way tooooo much time in Vukovar. Tuesday to thursday we will be in Hungary again…

The dentist will finish Keri’s 10000000000000000000 Dollar tooth, and I will enjoy time with the kids and friends…

Just for the record the HOLY TOE is getting better… (we will give it a check up too)… And Anna Schumacher Sorry for infecting your toe via this blog… JOBBULAST…

Some people just don’t get it…

UEFA stands for United European Football Association… But they did not figured it out that we have entered the 21st century… I believe most of you did. Also most of you know that in most countries lead by dictators in the 20th century had practiced something called “CENSORSHIP”. They would cut out things you should not know or see…its true that it worked, but only for few years… max 40, if you have killed enough people… but in general, one of the biggest lessons of the 20th century is you can’t keep anything secret…

…at the last European Soccer Championship the UEFA kept the rights to themselves to censor ANYTHING and EVERYTHING during the Championship. Its scary communistic mentality… anyhow…

Dear UEFA and Michel Platini, it  is the 21st century. There are cameras everywhere. every one has cameras. CENSORSHIP is the past…

Here is a proof of it…

At the second game of Croatia at the championship a stupid Croat fan ran into the field. The UEFA did not show it. (Supposedly by this they hope people will be less tempted to run into the fields…)

And guess what I got from my brother in law yesterday?

Lesson number 1:  Morons are morons… they will keep running in

Lesson number 2:  NO WAY censor anything in the 21st century…

so here is an idea…

lets rename the UEFA:

United European Fools Association… or I am opened for other ideas…

Ok, so the story goes like this… IT WAS HOT, our friends, my wife all our kids went to grand pa’s pool… and I was sitting on the side… till my father in law did not had this idea:

Yes, and he taped it to my leg…

… and then I have “dived”:

 

And you know I see a bit of grace in this even without “over spiritualization”…

The one who could not enjoy the blessings of the water… was “changed” and now he was blessed…

and boy did it feel good to cool myself down…

I have to admit that our time in Esztergom is not entirely destroyed by my whole toe misery… It is a beautiful place even if I can enjoy its beauty only in a very limited way…

If you can see the bridge in the middle of this picture, that is the Maria-Valeria Bridge, that was destroyed by the Nazi German Army as they were retreating in 1944… and was not renewed till the end of 1999 or 2000??? something like that… and then the EU gave bunch of money to rebuild it… and now the two cities are connected again…

TOE BUTCHERED

I got few of you asking how was the operation of my toe… well it is hard to describe… The Hungarian doctor said there is no need for surgery… instead she has RIPPED OF (not exaggerating at all) the wild meat that has grown on it… Yes you read it correct. She did it

- without giving or offering pain killers

- Without warning me or telling me what will exactly happen…

- When I have asked she would not answer…

 

She has sent me home with a notice… it will hurt for like 30 minutes… After rolling in the bad and sometimes screaming from pain, I called up a Christian friend who is a doctor in the other part of Hungary… He told me what the best painkillers are… so Keri has driven to get them, and now I can survive… I was also told by my friend that the pain will be present for the next 2-4 days…

 

So if you ever need a surgeon, when you see the name Dr. Cegledi Maria Eva, run for your life…

SHE IS A BUTCHER. A CRUEL, COLD, …..

Guess what… I know I should have done the operation in the Vukovar hospital on Thursday… But I trusted more the Hungarian health care… it was a mistake…

p.s. But I am also thankful to GOD. A guy from Budapest has given me the number of a doctor in Budapest who fixed both of his big toes… and no infection has ever came back for more then 5 years… Dr. Cegledi told me it will come back a lot of times…

The stinking fly…

This season of our year could be really described with that fly which messes up the beauty and indescribable color and taste that is there for you…

We have went to the conference (mentioned few posts ago), the fly which messed up our joy and rest was:

- the weather, Keri’s dental issue, Croatia losing from Turkey, No personal time, there is someone arround every corner to ask you how you are, and how is the ministry and you have 2 minutes to share all that… RIGHT.” All is fine. God bless you. bye.”

This season should be sooo amazing…our next week in Esztergom should be amazing. but I will go for a surgery.

Toe family

I am changing my family name from Nemeth to Toe. So just call me Laci Toe (sounds chinese…) in the next few weeks.

Almost a year ago, my dearest and most amazing sister had an ingrown toe nail, which needed a surgery… All of us laughed (counting me too) about how she described it in details… Then her most amazing and most efficient husband has posted the (explicit) picture on their blog. (click at your own risk…)

But seems like its a family thing…

(if you have clicked and have seen her toe, your are now thankful for the fact I am not showing you the details…

After more then a week of treating this “thing” on my toe(Btw I am a fallen healer too), I could not endure the pain anymore, so I went to the Vukovar E.R. (No it was not Dr. Luka Kovac waiting for me there).

They wanted to send me straight to the surgery. Then I said, that means after that I can just drive home right? The Doctor laughed… you will not be able to walk normally for few days… and it means at least 2 days spent in the hospital…

WHAT???????????? its only a toe???? The doctor said: Before I came to work at the E.R. I was a surgeon… young man you have no idea… this little part of the body can enable you from everything…it can paralyze your whole body… *

I told him that I need to teach a bible study tonight… and on Sunday… and that on Sunday afternoon we are going to Hungary… Could this be delayed till then?

The Doc said: The pain will increase… but you have time… may this be your first thing on Monday…

My appointment in Esztergom, Hungary is at 9.30 A.m. on Monday….

Andi isn’t it amazing? We have already inherited something…?????

The grace of GOD… and Lea…

            One would not look at a pile of sand as an outpouring of the grace of our LORD. But  a sand pile is exactly what Lea has desired and prayed for… The problem of the “rational father” is that you can not buy a small amount of sand… but one day we realized that our new neighbor who has bought the house right next to us and renewed it, have just the desired amount of sand “sitting” in their yard… so we asked if we could buy it… They happily gave it for free…

This morning as we started to carry it over to our yard from theirs, Lea was already awake and alert. She has came out in her night diapers, grabbed her equipment, and has claimed her territory:

And the best part is when we finally got her out of her “sandbox to be”, in the bathroom she thanked GOD for it…

Such a sweet heart….
